STATIC CHARGE REMOVER

Regent make Static Charge Removers are based on Corona discharge principle. It consists of two parts. One is No Spark/No shock type Electrode or Action Bar and other is High Voltage Generator.

The action bar is mounted on the machine with its pins pointing 90 degrees towards the flowing material. When an electric power is supplied to the High Voltage generator a very high voltage a CORONA of electrostatic field is formed around the electrode. Whenever a chaged material comes in this Corona of ions it gets neutralized. The system is capable of removing static charge on line even if the material is moving at a very high speed.
