ACTUATED KNIFE GATE VALVE
PNEUMATIC cylinder actuated knife gate valves are available from 2' to 56' in size. Available in standard pressure ratings of 150PSI (ANSI B16.5 Class 150), heavy duty fabricated carbon steel or stainless-steel knife gate valve material available. Stainless steel gate and stem for corrosion resistance and durability. Meets MSS-SP-81 - standard with manual hand wheel.
METAL SEATED KNIFE GATE VALVE
Metal seated stainless steel knife gate valve available in sizes 2' to 56' in a solid one-piece design. No clogging full port design with a bonnet less, outside screw and yoke, non-rising handwheel and rising stem. Meets MSS-SP-81 standards for stainless steel, flanged, wafer knife gate valves. 150PSI design pressure - flanges meet ANSI B16.5 standards.
RESILIENT SEATED KNIFE GATE VALVE
Resilient seated knife gate valves in stainless steel available in sizes 2' to 56' in a one-piece solid cast body that is corrosion resistant stainless steel. Replaceable resilient seats and a positive shut off in both directions. Smooth flow, full port and drip tight shut off design. Configuration to MSS-SP standards, flanges match ANSI B16.5 - 150Lbs. standard.
DUCTILE IRON KNIFE GATE VALVE

PNEUMATIC CYLINDER FOR KNIFE GATE VALVES
High quality pneumatic cylinders specifically for knife gate valves are offered in bore sizes up to 56'. Rod wiper technology stops dust and other particles from entering the cylinder. Seals and packing include strong U and O rings rated up to 450F.
